- In case you want a new template altogether please purchase the same from the website.
- The user can request for a refund within 48 hours of service delivery. The candidate would be liable for a refund only for this duration.
- We are willing to offer a full refund in 30 days if the customer is able to find any competitive site which offers a similar level of service at a lower price. This can be conveyed to us through our official mail ID – email@example.com.
- If the standards are met, we will transfer the amount within 72 hours of receiving the receipt of proof.

Rights of Mentor
The mentor will have the right to deny any refunds and take strict actions against a user if found indulging in fraudulent activities and damaging brand image or distributing course content in any manner whatsoever.
The user does not hold a right to file a lawsuit against the company if he/she is denied a refund under disciplinary actions or any other false pretenses per se.
Once the refund is initiated, the user cannot access any mentor platform or content and if found doing the same the user will have to make the complete payment for the course as a penalty .
How are refunds initiated?
Refunds are initiated from our razorpay dashboard to the original account of the user, which was used to make the payment within a period of 7 days after the refund request is approved.
Refunds are approved or rejected within 3 working days from the date when the user raises a request or when the last follow-up email is sent.
