RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

The Mentor currently offers services as mentioned below :

1) Mentor Training Program

2) Profile Builder – Resume Making , Cover letters , Mock Interviews , Psychometric tests , Linked in Profile revamp .

3) Mentor Direct Placement Program

The guidelines for initiating /receiving a refund for the two services has been detailed below .

Mentor Training Program – MTP

In order to avail the placement assurance the candidate needs to follow all the below mentioned guidelines and terms to the latter failing which The Mentor is not liable for the candidate not getting placed/any refund of program fee.

Course Guidelines :

  • Attending all classes according to the schedule and prior intimation in case of leaves or failure to attend the class.
  • Completion of all assignments and tasks provided in the training sessions and making sure the submissions are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • There would be continuous evaluation of students with our specialized tests and assignments, failing which candidates would be suggested some better career options or extension of the course which would be chargeable as per the duration of extension.

Refund Conditions :

  • Pre booking fee for the first week is not refundable and not a part of the money back policy for the program.
  • In case you wish to discontinue post 10 days of the commencement of the course, the candidate would be liable for a refund of 50% only .
  • Post placement, candidates would be liable for a 5% payout of CTC to The Mentor within 2 months of placement offered.
  • Team Mentor would not be liable to any job placements if the candidate is not willing to participate or the candidate is not paying attention to the assignments being assigned.
  • The candidate should be in the final semester of graduation to avail the placements.
  • All details provided by the student at the time of enrolment should be correct & will be verified at the time of placements.
  • If any candidate rejects the offer after placements then the mentor is not liable for a refund.

The student cannot demand a refund if :

  1. After attending 6 classes of the course.
  2. Secured less than below 75% of attendance in the Training period.
  3. did not join classes or mock interviews or missed recruiter calls.
  4. Fails to submit 75% of the total assignments.
  5. If found indulging in malpractices or disciplinary disregard affecting other students mindsets or disregarding class/group decorum.
  6. If he/she joins another course of the same segment i.e. training and placement and then demands a refund from the mentor.

Thanks for purchasing services from The Mentor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you:

Revision Policy

  • We offer one revision free of cost after the resume is delivered

  • The required changes need to be raised within 3 days from the delivery of the resume.
  • You can raise one request for new additions , corrections if any .
  • You can also demand a Word Doc to carry out the changes yourself.

Note : One Mail containing changes requests counts as one Revision.

  • In case you want a new template altogether please purchase the same from the website.
  • The user can request for a refund within 48 hours of service delivery. The candidate would be liable for a refund only for this duration.
  • We are willing to offer a full refund in 30 days if the customer is able to find any competitive site which offers a similar level of service at a lower price. This can be conveyed to us through our official mail ID – livethementor@gmail.com.
  • If the standards are met, we will transfer the amount within 72 hours of receiving the receipt of proof.

Rights of Mentor

The mentor will have the right to deny any refunds and take strict actions against a user if found indulging in fraudulent activities and damaging brand image or distributing course content in any manner whatsoever.

The user does not hold a right to file a lawsuit against the company if he/she is denied a refund under disciplinary actions or any other false pretenses per se.

Once the refund is initiated, the user cannot access any mentor platform or content and if found doing the same the user will have to make the complete payment for the course as a penalty .

How are refunds initiated?

Refunds are initiated from our razorpay dashboard to the original account of the user, which was used to make the payment within a period of 7 days after the refund request is approved.

Refunds are approved or rejected within 3 working days from the date when the user raises a request or when the last follow-up email is sent.

NOTE :

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet :

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
